REPOPULATION PROGRAM
Repopulation Program
A compulsory state system intended to rebuild the population.
Participation
Fertile women are required to participate. Women brought into RSOA custody from other factions are assessed for the program; those considered infertile may instead be assigned as SRs.
Participants are isolated from wider society. The source archive deliberately leaves much of their treatment and daily conditions unknown.
State custody
Children born through the program are raised by the state and do not know their parents. The system separates reproduction from family life and reinforces loyalty to the RSOA.
Members of the Armed Forces are also expected to support the program. Its compulsory nature is a central feature of the regime’s control over bodily autonomy.
