BIOGRAPHY

Originally born in a Mexican survivalist commune near what used to be the Texan border, Rowan was kidnapped by the RSOA as a child.

Originally believed to be infertile due to a clinical error, Rowan was trained for the SR program. When she became pregnant by her officer, Lieutenant Miller, he agreed to help Rowan escape into the wasteland to avoid the breeding program, but at the last minute chose to remain in the RSOA himself with their child. Rowan has despised the RSOA ever since and sworn revenge on Miller.

She ended up seeking a contract with MEDUSA, throwing herself fully into training to become a skilled fighter. She so impressed the commander of MEDUSA with her dedication that he promoted her to his second-in-command in under a decade of service with the PMC.

Major Torres is equal parts feared and respected in MEDUSA, known to be harsh but fair with her punishments.

She refuses contracts from the RSOA when possible.

Rowan is proficient in several forms of CQB, and is a demolitions expert.
