BIOGRAPHY
Mercenary contracted to MEDUSA, former RSOA AF Captain.
Born to survivalists who were amongst the first to join the RSOA, Cooper was mostly raised within the walls of the RSOA’s capital city, First Light.
He grew up believing in the RSOA’s propaganda that the wasteland was full of murderers and that the RSOA only had the people’s best interests at heart. Cooper joined the RSOA Armed Forces at 16 and eventually rose to become a Captain in his late 20s. Cooper remained steadfastly loyal to the RSOA, executing its will across the wasteland for many years.
At 38 he was assigned a “Stress Reliever” – who he became unusually attached to, causing the first seeds of doubt about the RSOA’s practices to grow in his mind.
Eventually, Cooper fled the RSOA with his SR, wanting to escape the regime, though he still struggles to fully accept that the RSOA was responsible for many atrocities.
