BIOGRAPHY

Born into the spartan middle classes of the New European Federation, Luis learned to be cold and pragmatic from a young age.
The harsh conditions of Europe’s extreme seasons and strict tier system of NEUF society shaped his stoic and uncompromising personality – and helped him fit in with the RSOA’s equally brutal society.

Has a vivid memory of receiving his “Tier 6” neck tattoo at age 16 and vowing to rise above his station.

Fought in the ongoing war against ZERO terrorists as soon as he was old enough, earning a reputation for ruthless efficiency.

Volunteered for the NEUF officer exchange program with the RSOA to escape the freezing European winters.
